Return and Exchange Policy First: In case of wanting to exchange or return the product without any manufacturing defect: Customers of Al-Haik Store have the right to exchange or return the product provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. The customer bears the shipping costs in this case according to the evaluation of the shipping company. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after Al-Haik Store receives the product and verifies that it meets the conditions: - Refund the value of the product via bank transfer, which takes 7-14 working days. - Exchange the product for another product of the same value within 7-14 working days. Second: In case of any manufacturing defect or damage in the product: Customers of Al-Haik Store have the right to exchange or return the product that contains a manufacturing defect or damage, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, with the purchase invoice, within 7 days from the date the customer received the product. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after Al-Haik Store receives the product and verifies that it meets the conditions: - Refund the value of the product via bank transfer, which takes 7-14 working days. - Replace the damaged product with a new product of the same value within 7-14 working days. Notes: - The customer does not bear any shipping fees if the reason for the exchange or return is due to damage or a manufacturing defect. - The customer must choose another product within 24 hours from the date Al-Haik Store receives the damaged product. - Shipping and delivery charges are not refunded if the customer fails to receive the shipment, does not respond to the shipping company, or enters incorrect information, which leads to the return of the shipment. Refund Procedures: Refunds will be made in the same way as your payment method: - If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your card. - If you paid via Tabi or Tamara, the refund will be through Tabi or Tamara. - When ordering via Tabi or Tamara, the customer bears a 7% fee in case of a return. - When ordering via Visa, the customer bears a 2.50% fee in case of a return.
